At LR4U we concentrate on quality and service, rather than the volume. My name is Dale Brooks and I'm the proprietor for Leather Repairs 4 U. I'm passionate about Quality in the industry, we are members of The Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers, The Guild Of Master Craftsmen and the FSB ( Federation Of Small Businesses ) . All of which recognises businesses for excellence and skill in a number of trades. Trade membership isn't easy to gain and is something we have worked very hard for, for many years.
Most of our business comes from the Restoration and Re-Upholstery to antiques and modern furniture from private clients, although we also do work for local councils, schools, museums, insurance companies and hotels.
The strength of the business lies in combining traditional skills with new technology to give a high quality and consistent result at a reasonable price.
As more and more of us come to appreciate the value of buying good quality products that last, rather than buying masses of cheaply made items that get thrown away to landfill after a couple of years (particularly bulky items like furniture), we see a bright future for the business.
